The System Used for Rubbish/Garbage Collection - Sample Answer 1
Dear sir/mam,
I am writing this letter to bring a disquieting issue of our locality to your notice regarding the litter disposition in our town ‘Virgomoon”. Our town has been suffering from a scourge of undisposed garbage owing to the lackadaisical nature of the cleanliness committee appointed by your council. The litter collection has always been a distressing concern for all the locales, but the water has passed up the breathing level now.
The dustbins in our town have fallen short of collecting the garbage of the town owing to which, the garbage is found scattered all over the streets. The stench of the litter has made it utterly difficult for us to survive. Moreover, none of our relatives want to visit us. Our health conditions have worsened, and we can’t let it wreak havoc on our lives anymore.
Kindly take serious actions against the formed committee and arrange the proper waste disposal systems in our area.
Yours faithfully,
Afrin

The System Used for Rubbish/Garbage Collection - Sample Answer 2
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the rubbish collection system in our area, which has been functioning poorly in recent weeks. The scheduled pickups are often delayed, and several bins remain unemptied for days. Moreover, some collection points are frequently overcrowded, causing rubbish to spill onto the streets.
This situation has created a number of problems for the local community. The accumulated waste produces an unpleasant odor and attracts pests, making it difficult for residents, including my family, to maintain hygienic living conditions. Children and the elderly are particularly affected, as the streets have become unsafe and unsanitary.
I kindly request that the council take immediate action to improve the waste management system. Regular collection schedules should be strictly maintained, and additional bins could be installed in congested areas. Furthermore, monitoring the efficiency of the collection service would prevent future disruptions.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Sarah

The System Used for Rubbish/Garbage Collection - Sample Answer 3
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to draw your attention to the ongoing problems with the rubbish collection service in our neighborhood. Over the past month, bins have not been emptied on time, and some refuse has been left on the streets for several days. As a result, the system is clearly not functioning as it should.
This has had a negative impact on residents. The uncollected waste is creating a foul smell and attracting insects and rodents. Many neighbors, including my elderly parents, are finding it difficult to move around safely. The overall cleanliness and appearance of the area have deteriorated, which is causing frustration among the community.
I would appreciate it if the council could take steps to address these issues. Possible solutions include enforcing stricter collection schedules, providing extra bins in busy locations, and monitoring the service more closely to ensure timely pickups.
Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to your reply.
Yours faithfully,
Zara
